We met in 2021 in St. Louis—Christopher was living there, and Taryn was in town for school. Our first date was on the patio of a wine bar, and naturally, Murphy and Lou came along too. So technically, it was all four of us from the start.

It didn’t take long for things to click. What started as a first date turned into movie nights, trying new restaurants, and plenty of adventures with the dogs.

Not long after, we made the move back to the East Coast, where Taryn is from, and kept building a life that feels like us—simple, fun, and full of the things we love most. Somewhere along the way, trivia nights became a regular thing, and we were lucky enough to meet some of our favorite people because of it.

Somewhere between all of those moments, we realized this was it.
