The welcome event starts at 8PM Thursday at Mix, 5 Water Street in Mystic, and runs to 10PM. Light desserts will be served but we expect folks will have had dinner by that time. The wedding ceremony starts at 4:30 PM Friday at the Delamar. Seating starts at 4PM. Cocktail hour, reception and after party to follow at the Delamar. The after party ends at 1AM.

There is no transportation provided to Mix. Ubers and Lyft should be are readily available in Mystic and there is a public (paid) parking lot just beyond Mix on the left coming from downtown. For the wedding itself, buses will run from the Hilton to the Delamar on Friday and will leave from the Hilton at 3:30 PM. Arrival for others guests at Delamar is 4PM. Buses will return to the Hilton from the Delamar at 10:30PM and 11:30 PM. Ubers are usually available around Mystic for offsite folks who are happy to continue the after party beyond 11:30 pm.

The Delamar was provided with all information provided by guests. For those allergic to the grilled shrimp appetizer, please request a salad from your server. This is a boutique hotel with a limited kitchen, but they will honor all dietary restrictions. Just let them know!

Valet parking will be provided for all wedding attendees arriving by car

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, on the hotel's grass lawn. The cocktail hour will be outside on the hotel patio with table umbrellas and casual seating, and dinner will be in the adjacent ballroom.
